About Manitoba Housing
The Manitoba Housing and Renewal Corporation (Manitoba Housing) is a Crown Corporation within the Department of Families. Our mandate includes addressing housing needs across the continuum, from emergency shelter to homeownership, and includes responsibility for one of Winnipeg’s largest suburban developments – Bridgwater. We directly manage 13,000 units and subsidize an additional 22,000 units.
